What is Reiki?
Rei is spiritual wisdom and Ki is life-force energy = Healing through spiritual life-force energy. This healing energy can be transferred to you in person or from a distance.

What happens in a Reiki session?
In a Reiki session you will lay on a massage table fully clothed. The Reiki practitioner will have the room dimly lit and filled with aroma. Reiki music will be playing as the practitioner guides their hands over the client with minimal or no touching. This is done to transfer life-force energy into the client. You should feel nothing but relaxed and peaceful as the life-force energy flows through you to balance your Chakras.
